Terms and Conditions of Memberships

By subscribing to the Taichung City Football Club (TCFC) online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Your subscription constitutes your acceptance of these terms, which affect your legal rights.

Membership Fees

  1. Monthly Club Membership Fee: As Selected On Website
  2. Membership fees must be paid on or before the 10th of each month. Failure to pay will result in suspension of your access to TCFC events.
  3. If your salary or scholarship is received after the 10th, please contact us at taichungcityfc@gmail.com to arrange an alternative payment date, subject to approval.
  4. If you have paid the entire contract period up-front, above points 2 and 3 do not apply.

Deposits and Attendance

  1. TCFC may require a deposit for players participating in competitive games.
  2. If you sign up for a practice or game but fail to attend, your priority for future events may be affected.
  3. Players who attend without prior signup may not receive playing time, and this also applies to late arrivals.

Late Payment

  1. A reminder will be sent if payment is overdue by five business days.
  2. If payment remains outstanding after an additional five business days, TCFC reserves the right to terminate your membership without further notice.

Membership Cancellation

  1. Membership cancellations require submission of the official cancellation form.
  2. A cancellation fee equivalent to two months of membership fees will apply for early cancellations.

Waiver and Release of Liability

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in TCFC activities, including potential injury, property loss, or damage. You agree to:

  1. Assume all risks and responsibilities for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
  2. Release and indemnify TCFC, its staff, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation, whether due to negligence, breach of contract, or other causes.

Membership Conduct and Administration

  1. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Members must respect others and behave appropriately at all times.
  3. TCFC reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms or other reasonable causes.

Membership Hold Policy

  1. In cases of long-term injury or serious illness, membership may be placed on hold, exempting you from monthly fees. Please contact us to arrange this.
  2. Membership fees remain payable regardless of vacations, exams, or other commitments unless an exception is granted due to injury or illness.
